Tech Guru
We are currently looking for a Tech Guru to join our IT team in our Spring/Woodlands office.
You'll be supporting a variety of clients. Resolving all types of Windows problems, Outlook issues, setup VPN, Active Directory, Networking, and Computer repairs, Virus/Malware removals, Wireless and more. Perform a variety of diagnostic tests to determine repairs needed; make necessary repairs in a timely basis; communicate with customers as necessary to determine problem areas and repairs needed; ensure the highest quality of work produced. Must have experience working with Windows 7, 8, 10, Windows server 2008 - 2019, some Azure, Linux and MAC.
Prepare a variety of paperwork to document work in progress, completed work, and other necessary tracking paperwork; submit required paperwork on a timely basis to department management.
Hours for this position are from 8am - 5pm, Monday through Friday, we do have an on call rotation and some after hours work may be required.
